Wayne Burger - Managing Director
Wayne brings over two decades of multidisciplinary experience in electrical contracting, construction, and systems integration. After working with Telkom South Africa until 2009, he established Multi-Corp — a company offering comprehensive electrical and infrastructure solutions. A Red Seal-qualified electrician since 2012, Wayne also holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology and Ministry. He is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and passion for community upliftment across Africa..
Riaan Rudolph – Technical Director
Riaan has worked in the electrical and solar sector since 2010, including maintaining Shell service stations and managing electrical works for Vodacom. After qualifying as a Red Seal electrician in 2015, he founded Stasa Works, delivering high-quality electrical maintenance and solar projects. Riaan’s technical precision, field experience, and innovation are at the core of SolarOn’s operational excellence.
